This was the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I purchased a razor for my husband, and just a week later, it turned black. For £80, I expected something much better than what feels like a £10 product. I wanted to send it back, and at first, they said yes, but then someone else came in and suggested we watch YouTube videos, as if we didn’t know how to take care of it. Now, I can't return it and have wasted £80 on something that was only used once and is now useless. The handle feels cheap, and the blade is terrible!

Before using it, olive oil was applied. He also used beard oil after it had already changed color. He only used it once and applied oil to it. It wasn’t even kept in the bathroom, nor was it stored in a damp place.
